Defective Items that are returned will be tested and if :
Found defective - Buyer will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately. (
Found not defective - Item will be sent back to buyer.
Item returned that are in working condition will be charged a 20% restocking fee when refund is given.
Refund given will be calculated as follows - Winning Bid Price / purchase price minus (15% Restocking fee + Shipping Handling Fee).
Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable as stated.
Items returned must be in like new condition with all original boxes, hardware, manuals & accessories.
Any item returned that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; missing manuals, parts and accessories will be returned back to buyer.
Items returned in any box that is not the original box will be returned to sender.
Defective or damaged items must be reported immediately within 5 days of receiving item.
Any item to be returned for refund must be sent back within 7 days of receiving item.
Refund for items are only given if we are unable to provide the buyer the new replacement.
Refund will not be given if buyer does not like the item / or for any other reason.
Warranty Only 7 Days Warranty (physical damages are not included in the warranty.
For eg : screen break shock fire improper use third party usage etc.) non-repairable products will also be returned as it is.
INCASE OF NON AVAILIBILITY OF THE STOCK THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED.
